I really wanted to love this place bc I've seen so much about it on Instagram, but I'm bummed it didn't live up to my expectations. We went for lunch on a Monday, and we were literally the only people there. I'll cut them some slack bc they're new and it is a random weekday during lunchtime, but I kind of expect at least another party there during the 1.5 hours we are dining. A little bit eerie but okay haha. It is a spacious, moody dining area with lots of booths but interestingly no overhead air vents above the kbbq grills. The banchan and sides were okay, nothing really stood out, and I even thought their kimchi was more on the sour side and unbalanced flavor-wise. The appetizers I truly did not enjoy except maybe the corn cheese and garlic butter which comes out in a little tinfoil cup and you heat up on the grill. For example the Korean fried chicken and spicy rice cakes use the same "spicy" sauce which was not good, tasted artificially sweet, almost like bottled sweet chili sauce with more gochugaru. Texture-wise both tasted previously frozen. The chicken was not juicy nor tender and the rice cakes were not chewy nor bouncy. The steamed egg also seemed deflated, not jiggly or fluffy. There just didn't seem to be a lot of care or thought put into any of the appetizers. Onto the meat, we tried a whole lot of their meat options, including beef belly, galbi, bulgogi, top blade steak, spicy tripe, brisket, thick and thin pork belly, and other flavored pork belly. I did really enjoy their wagyu beef belly, it was actually really tender and flavorful moreso than other kbbq places, 10/10. Their prime beef brisket is also decent too. Out of the pork I'd say the thick cut soy garlic is the best mixed with the garlic butter or signature marinated galbi, but nothing to write home about. Sad bc I normally love pork belly :( The rest of the meats were disappointing. The thin pork belly was very fatty, and the herb pork belly was lazy like they just put dried oregano on it and called it a day, the curry cumin pork belly was really more like curry powder pork belly and unappetizing. The bulgogi was so meh like ground beef and the top blade steak was tough def skip on that. Our server even told us we wouldn't like the spicy thin pork belly because of the texture and how the meat doesn't hold up during the cooking process. For AYCE of course not all of the options are going to be good, but only having 2-3 good meats with the rest being not tasty at all is a bummer. I'll give this place another shot maybe for dinnertime on a weekend, but I would pass for lunch at a price of $24.99 I expect more. For example Kpot or Gen lunch goes for ~$21 and even the food there is better with more selection (which says a lot bc those places don't really make quality their selling point haha). For now I'm not impressed and will be sticking to Handam, Honey Pig, or kbbq at home lol. Giving them 4 stars because at least the service was nice and honest, and I hope they revamp their lunch.

Overall great kbbq spot. It was a little too pricey for 2 meats, a soup, and dumplings. But overall great service, very clean, tasted authentic. You can tell when a Korean bbq place is not owned by a Korean. Parking is a nightmare - but no fault of the restaurant. Kim chi ji gae soup had tokk rice cakes in the soup - was very excited about that.

Come here for group dinner. Doing the AYCE. Meats and sides dishes are endless as the servers Is so tentative at making sure we don't stop. There are good meats like ribeye and then there were lean meats too. Beef, pork, chicken and shrimps are all on the regular price. While we are eating, the grill got changed a few times. I just came back from SK so my review might be off a bit so I decided to give an extra star in case I'm being bias. What I like most: -great service -large selection of meats to grill - large selections of side dishes - ambience - cozy - not very smoky considering this is a BBQ place What isnt that great: - taste of the side dishes are just ok - parking lot is busy!

Got here on a Tuesday afternoon and no wait. Our server was great and I received my orders pretty quick. I'm glad this place had cheese corn included with the AYCE meal. There were a good amount of appetizer dishes. I tried most of the meat that were available during lunch portion and I really liked the wagyu beef belly! I ordered that more than once. Definitely not a good idea if you are trying watch your health; It's very fatty. The other meats were alright. There were a few banchan dishes that were different from other kbbq restaurants like the lotus root. For the price, it's a decent quality. I'll stick with the lunch since it's got most of what I wanted anyways. The seats are movable to cater to everyone who needs more space.

I've tried this restaurant several week ago on the weekend. It was surprisingly good. The ambiance is great. Good fan suction so it's not smoky. The food has many options. The meat was good. The staffs are nice and accommodating. The location is good. Plenty of parking space. It's a good other options of Korean BbQ.

Came here with a friend for lunch on a Saturday. It was slow for lunch so we got seated right away. The service was quick and our waiter was very attentive. The items available are very comparable to Handam down the street. Just wish the side dishes were as many as handam. The meat portion is also not as much, but we appreciate it as it allows us to try many different items on the menu without having to fill up our stomach with just one. Overall, it's a nice addition to the many other kbbq places that we already have in town

Other than that it was great. Brisket 3/5 We didn't enjoy this too much. Ribeye 4/5 Was big and came with 2 huge slices Soybean paste 5/5 Tasty it was crunchy with some spice spicy marinated meats 5/5 well seasoned Galbi 5/5 Very flavorful and good meats

Came here right when they opened for the weekday lunch AYCE KBBQ. It was one of the better AYCE KBBQ experiences I have had; the staff did a nice job of changing the grill plate out regularly and bringing out the requested dishes. Quality of meat cuts and portions were all good in my eyes, in some instances I was surprised by how much they gave, even though it is AYCE - you tend to see places do smaller portions and have you continuously ask for more, but not the case here. You have 90-min for lunch AYCE, and that was plenty. We were stuffed when we left and for a good amount of time afterwards! Parking: on-site in large shopping center parking lot.
